Refunds and Returns are not offered on original artwork or prints, unless damaged during shipping. We only replace items if they are damaged. Send us an email at jim@jpfederico.com.
Late or missing orders
If you haven’t received your order yet, please contact JP Federico directly at jim@jpfederico.com or through the contact page for shipping and tracking information. Please keep in mind that orders can take 2-4 weeks for packaging and shipping.
